BIOGRAPHY
Hugo Worthy is Exhibitions Officer for Contemporary Art at New Walk Museum and Art Gallery, Leicester where he runs the contemporary art program.

He has curated numerous exhibitions of contemporary art at the Museum including group shows exploring ideas of participation, entertainment and pleasure such as 2Player, 2011, Play Ground, 2011, and solo exhibitions including Gerhard Richter, 2010.

Before this he was Exhibitions Officer at The City Gallery in Leicester, where his exhibitions included Chris Coekin, Sarah MacKillop and Susan Collis as well as large group shows exploring ideas around social patterning and education.

As well as publishing on contemporary art he has written extensively about the history of the book as a medium.
